AnubhootiHealth
Reverse
Diabetes
Rooted in Science,
Driven by Heart.

Here’s what most won’t tell you:
-
Diabetes isn’t your fault, but the way the world treats it? That’s broken.
-
Most meal plans are cut-copy-paste
(or, let’s be honest, “Google” or "ChatGPT"). -
The moment you cheat or skip, you feel like a failure. And the shame spiral starts.
I get it. I’ve watched family and friends go through this. I built this because I wanted better, starting at home.
So what do we do differently?
-
When you join, you meet a real doctor first(Like myself). If you need medicines or insulin to start safe, you get them, no guilt. This is the correct way to go about it.
-
You get a real, rolling diet plan from a human you can call by name (not a bot). We train our dietitian rigorously and we make sure they constantly keep learning.
-
Send photos of your food? Yes, we actually look at them. Our AI flags the issues. Your dietitian tweaks, nudges, cheers. This creates strong accountability for you too.
-
The best part: Your habits get tracked. No judgment, just data. Our AI picks patterns and shows you and your dietitian what’s holding you back.
-
Regular calls, no “ghost” support. Every 7 to 10 days you’re talking, adjusting, evolving. Not some “dashboard” you forget about.
-
And here’s the clincher: When your body is ready, our doctor reduces (even stops) your meds. Not because you wished for it, but because you earned it.
Why all this fuss? Because I care.
Listen, I didn’t create AnubhootiHealth to make profits off your misery.Bharat is suffering, and it makes my heart ache to see us becoming the diabetes capital of the world.
I am saddened when I see the treatment at many centers, not only is it often poor, but frequently incorrect. The approach itself is flawed.
This isn’t just the fault of doctors (most are doing their best, truly), but the entire way we are trying to solve this problem is crooked. Type 2 diabetes is fundamentally a nutritional disease-not something you cure with pills like an infection.
We don’t have much funding. In fact, this entire project is built from my own savings, and of course, the love and support of people who experience our services (see testimonials). What we do have is a small team of sincere, honest people who genuinely want to do good and uplift the nation, and do something worthwhile in their lives, People who take pride in serving YOU.
This isn’t just about building a startup, it’s about fighting for a cause, about doing something for a problem I deeply care about.
We’re a local team, obsessed with turning “forever diabetes” into “I’m finally free.”
Do give us a chance. I am confident my team and I will not let you down.

Is it cheap?
Actually, yes.
It shocks most people.
A month with us is ₹2499.
For launch, it’s ₹1500 if you opt for one month for the full works (doctor, dietitian, AI, follow-ups…),
Or ₹4000 for 3 months (that’s ₹47.6 a day, cheaper than a chai at a city café).
If it doesn’t work, you leave. No guilt, full refund for the next month. That’s real care.
Why this pricing?
Let’s be honest.
We aren’t the first to try solving diabetes care, and we aren’t the only ones out there.
There are plenty of others working on the same challenge.
But most of those plans will hit your pocket hard, or compromise on your care.
People are charging three or four thousand rupees a month for basic support.
That just didn’t sit right with us.
We wanted something the average person in Bharat could actually afford, without sacrificing quality or giving up on real care.
So we made a tough call.
We’ve trimmed profits to the minimum, always putting you before anything else.
Of course, it takes resources to keep this going.
Running an entire ecosystem, bringing in the right doctors and dietitians, managing a dedicated tech team: none of that is free, and hence the pricing.
But we never cut corners on what matters most: your care.
We’re here because we truly want to see you thrive.
So, if you’re ready, we’ll meet you on the other side of the app.
Let’s make this transformation real, together, like many others in our community.
